HALLANDALE BEACH — Smile at the officer, folks.

Dwayne Flournoy was one of the first police chiefs in Broward County to request body cams for his cops. And now they're here, making Hallandale Beach the first agency in Broward to embrace the technology and one of the first in South Florida.
Ten officers will begin wearing the cameras on Monday, with plans to quickly distribute 18 more cameras.
